Many thanks also to the members who contributed spot prizes for our raffle which with again the generous support of all present raised €665. This sum plus the contributions from our May outing and plus a  donation from one of our members will allow us to pass on €2000 to the school. This money in the main is used to help some deserving and needy students attend extra curricular school activities.

Hugh’s final task on the night was to introduce John Bollard who will be our Captain for 2020.

The next event in the PPU calendar is the Presidents business lunch on Friday 11th Oct in Fitzwilliam LTC. Further details on the PPU website.
